Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AllGPT (allgpt.live), including the website, chat workspace, billing features, and related products such as the Chrome extension (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated for users who want to chat with frontier AI models from one account.

By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy & Data Security. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law or if we have suspended or terminated your account.

AllGPT lets you start conversations, choose among multiple AI providers and models, upload supported files for context, use optional web search, generate images where available, and save your own API keys for direct provider billing. Platform models may require prepaid credits; usage with your own keys is governed by your agreement with that provider.

We may add, change, or remove models, features, or limits at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that any particular model will remain available.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activity or to violate others' rights.
• Send content that is abusive, harassing, exploitative of minors, or intended to spam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit checks, authentication, or security controls.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service except as allowed by applicable law or our documented APIs.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human where doing so would deceive or harm others, or use outputs in high-risk contexts without appropriate human review.
• Share account access in a way that violates these Terms or enables abuse (including reselling platform credits without our permission).

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or report activity to authorities where required.

You retain rights to prompts, messages, and other material you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to operate the Service (for example, storing chats, routing requests to the model you select, and showing history to you).

When you use platform models, Your Content is sent to the relevant third-party AI provider under their terms. When you use your own API keys, requests go directly under your relationship with that provider. See our privacy policy for retention and security details.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload files and that Your Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Model responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. They are generated automatically and are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other licensed advice. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs and for verifying important information before relying on it.

We do not claim ownership of model outputs addressed to you, subject to third-party provider policies and applicable law.

Prepaid credits, top-ups (including EPS, bKash, and Nagad), expiry rules, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing or using credits, you also agree to that policy. Prices and credit rates shown in the product may change; the terms in effect at the time of your top-up apply to that payment.

The Service integrates with AI providers, payment processors, SMS or email vendors, Google sign-in, and other third parties. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and limits of liability) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLGPT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PLATFORM CREDITS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
