Refund Policy

সর্বশেষ আপডেট: August 31, 2026

Summary

AllGPT uses a prepaid credit system. You add balance by sending money through bKash or Nagad, submitting the transaction ID in Settings, and waiting for manual approval. Credits are then added to your account.

Because credits are digital and consumed immediately when you chat on platform models, refunds are limited. Please read this policy before paying.

How top-ups work

  1. Send payment to the wallet number shown in Settings.
  2. Submit the correct amount and transaction ID.
  3. An admin verifies the payment in the wallet app.
  4. Approved credits appear in your balance (rate: ৳20 = 200,000 credits).

Current packs: ৳20 → 200,000 credits · ৳50 → 500,000 credits · ৳100 → 1,000,000 credits · ৳200 → 2,000,000 credits. See Settings for full pricing details after sign-in.

Generally non-refundable

  • Credits already added to your account after approval are treated as delivered digital goods.
  • Credits already used for platform-model chat cannot be refunded or converted back to cash.
  • Starter or promotional credits granted without payment have no cash value and are not refundable.
  • Expired unused credits that fall off the balance under the expiry rules below have no cash value.
  • Your own API keys: usage on BYOK/custom endpoints does not use AllGPT credits and is billed by your provider, not by us.

Credit expiry

Unused credits do not last forever. Expiry is counted from the day each batch is added to your account:

  • Free credits (starter grant, profile bonus, welcome extra, referral reward, and other promotional or admin grants) expire 3 months after they are received.
  • Purchased credits from an approved bKash or Nagad top-up expire 1 year after they are added.

Chat usage spends the credits that expire first. Expired unused credits are removed from your balance automatically and have no cash value. Expiry is not a refund.

When we may refund or adjust

We may issue a refund or manual credit adjustment if:

  • Duplicate charge: you were credited twice for the same transaction ID (we block duplicate IDs, but contact us if this happened).
  • Wrong amount credited: the approved credits do not match the verified payment amount.
  • Payment not received: your top-up was approved in error without a matching wallet payment.
  • Accidental overpayment: you sent more than intended and contact us promptly before using the extra credits.
  • Rejected top-up: if we reject a request, no credits are added — you keep your wallet payment and may contact us if you believe the rejection was incorrect.

Refunds, when approved, are sent back through bKash or Nagad to the number used for payment, where possible under wallet provider rules. Processing may take several business days.

Not eligible for refund

  • Change of mind after credits were approved and added.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI model output quality (providers vary; pick models wisely).
  • Credits spent on platform models — usage is final per message.
  • Incorrect transaction ID submitted by you that was credited to another verified payment.
  • Payments sent to the wrong wallet number or wrong service.
  • Account termination for abuse, fraud, or terms violations.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of the issue with:

  • Your registered AllGPT email
  • bKash or Nagad transaction ID
  • Amount sent and date of payment
  • Screenshot of the wallet confirmation (if available)
  • Short description of the problem

We review requests case by case and reply by email.

Disputes & chargebacks

Because we use manual wallet transfers (not card payments), traditional chargebacks do not apply. False or repeated refund claims may result in account suspension.

Policy changes

We may update this refund policy. The date at the top shows the current version. Top-ups made after a change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of payment.
